Ground Technician (Entry-Level) This position has been made available by the provisions of a grant to Take Off Property Solutions Inc. from the New York State Office of Community Renewal CDBG. Low-to-moderate income persons as defined by HUD will be given first consideration in hiring.

Take Off! Property Solutions Inc. is a rapidly growing drone-assisted pressure washing company that is revolutionizing the cleaning industry. We use state-of-the-art drone technology to safely and efficiently clean hard-to-reach areas.

Position: We are searching for an enthusiastic and reliable full-time Ground Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Drone Pilot with setting up and operating the pressure-washing system.
• Prepare cleaning solutions and ensure proper equipment function.
• Inspect buildings and surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is a must.
• Road crew experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
